Our review paper on a multiscale framework for subcutaneous drug delivery has been published in Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews

Excited to share our new review paper “From Molecule to Absorption: A Multiscale Framework for Subcutaneous Biologic Delivery”, just published as an invited paper in Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews as part of the special issue on Patient-Centric Biologic-Device Combination Products.

In this work, we introduce the Drug-Device-Container-Tissue (DDCT) framework — a unified multiscale approach tracing the journey of monoclonal antibodies from storage through injection to lymphatic absorption, integrating molecular dynamics, device mechanics, and tissue response as a coupled system.
